Overstock no cancel policy

It is impossible to cancel an order at overstock.com. As soon as you hit the buy button, you are stuck. Your only option is to receive the item and then return it at your own expense.
If you try to cancel your order, you send an email. It can take hours to days to receive the “No” response. The reason “your order has been sent to the warehouse already for processing….
Even if it is within minutes, even if the fedex number says that only has a label been created, but hasn’t shipped. No matter what, you can’t cancel an order.

EXCELLENT

EXCELLENT
I was nervous to order a table from overstock because they had poor reviews. however i really liked the table. the Table is solid wood ; was very easy to put together ; was packed well and it shipped fast.
i have no complaints ; only compliments
very satisfied

I received a Google alert of a…

I received a Google alert of a significant price drop on an item that when I checked Overstocks site was different. I texted a representative who confirmed this was the price set by the manufacturer. However I didn't get to respond quick enough a they disconnected. The next person asked me to call. The person I called said I'd receive an email in 2 days, requesting the screenshots to decide how to proceed. When I finally got a hold of them after not receiving an email, I was offered a 20% off coupon. I can understand being turned down because of the circumstances but this company showed no consistency, no follow through, and did nothing to rectify it.

Overstock.com wanted to charge me $33…

Overstock.com wanted to charge me $33 for a shipping label. That is more than what I paid for the item. Actual shipping was $10. I will never shop with them again.

No problem

I have ordered a number of times with no issues. Everything has come quick and in good shape. I find it funny how many people think they are getting free returns from Amazon. They just don't tell you they're charging you.

They would rather lose customers than be decent.

Item went on sale significantly reducing price within days of purchase. They won't do anything about it (if they even tried). I would rather spend the $ to send this back to them than keep a purchase from them.

Returns are a hassel and are costly. Never buy from them.

Overstock has some nerve charging exorbitant amounts for returns. They were going to charge me over $40 for a return on a rug that cost $119. I will never recommend them or buy from them again

ZERO Stars & FRAUD

I would give it stars if allowed. I made a purchase last August for over $400. The item is defective and was returned (Overstock verified) but no refund has been issued and no attempt to replace the item has been made. I have attempted contact with Overstock at least 10 times by phone and 10 additional times by email and they continue to give me the runaround. This company is FRAUD! They are not standing behind the product they sell and they are not assisting the customer to make things right.

Overstock horrible Company

I ordered this product size by mistake. I was on hold to cancel the order since it didn’t let me cancel it online. It was only 45min and they declined a cancellation stating it was already processed and the order was at the warehouse. This had to be untrue because the order was delayed. They refused to just cancel the order, so I had to wait for the delivery truck to come by to refuse the product. Now I also have to wait another 7+days for them to confirm the product was returned; because calling the warehouse is just too hard of a job. Then wait 3-5days for the refund.

Overstock is horrible and waited days of my time for missing the cut off cancellation time by 15min. By the way the 15min late time was waiting for their horrible customer service. Never again will I order from this company!!

When placing a good size order can it be picked up to save freight?

The main store is located in Midvale, Utah. They must have warehouses all over the country however some places won't let you due to liability depending how big the package is. It's worth the phone call and a bit if googling. Overstock does mainly online ordering & shipoing so picking up your order may decrease the work load of their employees of their delivery folks so that's lost wages for them. Good luck

Because the website is a scam. They take your order and then do not deliver it.

what are the return policy for rugs? all the this are original from the brands?

Read the Return Policy carefully. It is very restrictive. Overstock states returns will be inspected before a refund amount is determined. Also they may deduct the cost of shipping to you as well as return shipping. I'm sorry but I am not sure about what your 2nd question is asking.
